CONNECT is a digital marketing agency that stands for community, collaboration, and individuality. We are family oriented and personal, allowing clients and employees to prioritize their mental well being. We strive for an office space that is healthy and inviting, because we believe work should be invigorating, not draining. The design of our office space is very open in order to encourage collaboration and inclusivity, and to promote interpersonal relationships during the work day. We also felt it was important to create several different comfortable locations outside of the desk spaces at which to work, which we find that this improves the quality of work overall and the happiness of the workers and creates comfortable break out areas that feel casual and homey. To accommodate our working parents, we have created a childcare area in order to help parents feel more at ease and avoid having to find a daycare center on short notice. Between the various workspaces and diverse and inclusive seating, we promote an active and healthy office. Our hybrid work schedule is aimed to improve the overall health of our employees, both mentally and physically, so working in the office is seen as a positive experience for everyone.
